The Association’s board identified the following key factors over which it has little, if any, direct control but which can have a significant impact on the work of the Association.

A critical assessment of their longer term impact on the Association led the board to recommend that ASRA Midlands formally joins the Sanctuary Housing Group. This was unanimously approved by shareholders at a Special General Meeting held in September 2005.
