The Association aims to provide a good repairs service. Please help us to do this by reporting repairs as soon as possible
During Office Hours
The Customer Services Team is available to take your repairs from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

When you call, in most cases you will be advised of the priority and the time frame for carrying out the work in accordance with the response time set out in the approved policy.
On those occasions where it is not possible to identify the scope and extent of the repair a pre-inspection visit by the maintenance officer, the housing officer or other appropriate person may be necessary. We will inform you of this at the time or by a follow-up call.
When you call, we will ask you about access arrangements and your current contact details. Appointments may subsequently be made either directly with the contractor or the Association staff or through Customer Services.
Outside Office Hours
If you need to report an emergency repair outside the above times please ring the emergency number where our Control Centre staff will deal with your call.

As a guide, an emergency repair is one which:
- Represents immediate risk to you or your family’s safety and security, e.g. heavy and uncontrollable water leaks
- Affects the security of your home, e.g. criminal damage to windows or external door
- Causes you unreasonable danger, discomfort or difficulty, e.g. locked out of home, major electrical failure, loss of hot water and heating.
Gas Leaks should be reported directly to TRANSCO on 0800 111 999
Control Centre staff will be able to tell you whether your repair can be treated as an emergency.
