Emergency Repairs Service

We provide a 24 hour emergency repairs service. A prompt response by our friendly and experienced team of operators ensures that each emergency is attended to without delay, and reassurance given to the caller who is informed of the necessary action required. We are able to offer this service to customers within both the public and private sectors.

Customers can either use contractors taken from our current approved list or, if preferred, they can use their own nominated contractors. Reports can be provided if required to meet specific requirements.

Interpretation Services

Our Control Centre operators can all communicate in the principal Asian languages. We are able to provide this facility to clients requiring the service whether it be in an emergency or routine day to day situation.

Business Answering Service

At any time of the day or night urgent business messages can be received and related in line with your specific requirements. Confidentiality is assured at all times.
