Q – What if I press the alarm by mistake?
A – All our operators understand that this can sometimes happen. After assuring that everything is ok and you are well, our control centre operators will close the call as a false alarm.
Q – What if my Lifeline unit has a fault?
A – If the unit becomes faulty then we will provide a replacement with in 24 hours of the report and the send the old one for repair.
