Sanctuary management services wins University of Lincoln contract
 

Sanctuary has concluded a major student accommodation deal at the University of Lincoln. Sanctuary Management Services will provide management and maintenance for the student residences over the 35-year life of the project. SMS will also be undertaking certain 'catch-up' works as well as managing the longer term capital works during the life of the project.

A new member of staff, Andrew McGill, has been appointed as SMS facilities manager at the university and is based at the Brayford Pool campus in Lincoln.

Sanctuary Management Services will provide management and maintenance for the student residences over the 35-year life of the project.

The deal involves the transfer of 1,037 units of existing student accommodation on the main campus to a new charitable vehicles called Lincoln Student Solutions Ltd (LSS) which is jointly-owned by Sanctuary Housing, the university and the Bank of Scotland, who are funding the deal.
