Hertford Housing was established in 1999 and provides a high quality housing management service to Sanctuary Housing Association for both its market rent developments and its commercial properties. The numbers of properties and also the location of property within Hertford Housing management have steadily increased over recent years. 

The market rent residential properties are primarily located in London, and consist of quality refurbished houses and apartments. Rents range between £555 and over £3000 per month.
