At Sanctuary we put residents at the heart of everything we do which is why we are firmly backing the Tenant Services Authority’s new project – The National Conversation.
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the organisation which monitors and regulates housing associations and one of their aims is to develop a set of new service standards to ensure you receive the best service from your landlord.
In order to do this they need to know what’s important to you and are launching a series of ‘Local Conversations’ across England to hear your views and ideas.
Sanctuary supports the TSA’s aims and we encourage you to take part in Local Conversations in your area. Our tenants already play a key role in shaping services within the organisation and we believe this is an excellent opportunity for you to help set the standards for all housing associations to follow.
These meetings don’t have to be formal, they can simply be a group of residents getting together over a cup of tea in someone’s home to discuss their thoughts.
We will be advertising conversations and events in your area but in the meantime if you are interested in getting involved do let us know. Your local contacts are detailed on the table below.
This is your opportunity to speak up and make sure that all tenants, not just ours, receive the best possible service, so join in a conversation near you and help bring about real improvements.
