Sharon Standell has taken up her new role as director of Sanctuary Housing Association’s London region.
Sharon, who previously worked as Director of Community Housing at Tower Hamlets Borough Council brings with her a vast amount of experience in the housing industry.
She has degrees in public law and administration as well as social policy and planning. Coupled to her academic abilities she has a solid background in housing management at senior level.
Commenting on her new role, Sharon said: “I have lived and worked in London for most of my career and hope I understand the diverse needs of the communities in which Sanctuary London operates. I am joining the organisation at an exciting time and am confident that I can explore ways of improving services to residents and help the Association as it continues to grow from strength to strength.
