To achieve the award delegates have been on a learning journey lasting approximately 15 months. During that time the group have participated in a structured programme of learning run jointly by Sanctuary and the Chartered Management Institute.

On 20th July delegates were given the opportunity to present some of their course experiences to members of the Group Executive, following which they were presented with their certificates by David Bennett, Group Managing Director.

After completing the course, Les Howard from Sanctuary Housing London said “I found the course very interesting. It has helped me to understand my role as a manager, and my relationship with the team and the organisation. It also helped me identify processes that need to change in line with good practice”.
