Mobility Feasibility Study

Telephone survey

Sanctuary Group, and all of its subsidiaries, is participating in a national study to find out whether there is demand for a national social housing mobility scheme. If such a scheme was set up, we hope that this would make it easier for social housing tenants to move home more easily, if they wanted to.

Surveying will take place week commencing 7th April, and will be conducted by a specialist research agency called IFF Research

As part of this survey, a small number of our residents will be selected at random and asked to participate in a short telephone survey (which will last no more than 15 minutes). The purpose of this survey is to gain information from our residents on whether they would be interested in joining such a scheme, what might encourage them to do so, and what the potential problems could be.

This surveying will take place week commencing 7th April, and will be conducted by a specialist research agency called IFF Research. Please be assured that your contact details and any information you provide to the research agency will be handled in the strictest of confidence (and in full accordance with the Data Protection Act) and will be destroyed by the research agency when the project is complete.

If you are contacted as part of this survey we hope you will be able to participate. The information you provide will be completely anonymous and is extremely valuable to us. None of your comments will be related back to you.

This survey will not affect any current requests you have made to move home – the process will continue as previously discussed with you.
