Sanctuary awarded Sheltered Housing accreditation
 
The quality and delivery of service that Sanctuary Housing provides to its residents in sheltered housing accommodation has now been officially recognised – Sanctuary has been accredited to the Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies (CSHS) Code of Practice.
CSHS commented in their final assessment report that Sanctuary’s staff ‘are very competent and professional’ and that ‘the residents were very satisfied with their accommodation and service, and were full of praise for their Scheme Managers.
In order to be given this important endorsement, organisations must meet a number of targets and standards set by the CSHS in ten different areas including service delivery and continuous improvement, rights and responsibilities and equality of opportunity and diversity.
