The National Residents' Survey questionnaire will be landing on the doorsteps of many Sanctuary residents in the next few days.

The survey, which is being carried out by an independent organisation acting on our behalf, will be posted to a representative sample of residents across the Group. It asks questions on a range of different service areas as well as information about your household.

All the information you supply will remain completely confidential and we will not be able to identify anyone who responds.

If you are a resident you may receive a copy of this questionnaire in the next few days. If you do, we would be grateful if you could complete all the questions and return it to us as soon as possible please using the pre-paid envelope provided. We would like as many residents as possible to take part in the survey because your feedback provides us with important information which will help shape and improve our services.

Results of last year’s survey reveal that 79 per cent of respondents were satisfied with the service provided by Sanctuary and 81 per cent were happy with their homes.
