A statistical report published recently on the affordable housing investment programme 2004/05 in Scotland, showed that Sanctuary Scotland received £9.646 million in grant funding from Communities Scotland.

166 registered social landlords were funded by this route, and the breakdown confirmed that Sanctuary Scotland was the largest recipient of grant funding for that year. This reaffirms Sanctuary Scotland’s position as the leading social housing developer in Scotland.
