Sanctuary Group’s quality and delivery of service to its residents in sheltered housing accommodation has been officially recognised after the Group was reaccredited with the Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies (CSHS) Code of Practice Certificate.

In order to be awarded this prestigious Certificate, organisations must meet a number of targets and standards set by the CSHS in ten different areas including service delivery and continuous improvement, rights and responsibilities and equality of opportunity and diversity.

The Group was originally awarded with the certificate in March 2005 and the reaccreditation is further evidence of Sanctuary’s commitment to delivering a high quality service to all its residents.
