The Tenant Services Authority has published its discussion paper following the National Consultation which took place earlier this year. A large number of our residents attended National Conversation Events and ran Local Conversation Events across the country.

The feedback the TSA received helped them to develop this discussion paper which outlines the proposed new regulatory standards which will apply to all housing associations in England.

Sanctuary Group would like your help in putting together a response to the proposed standards.
