The customer services team at Rochford Housing aims to answer all your enquiries front line.

The team made up of 4 staff handling all the incoming calls to the freephone number 0800 012 1991, we operate an out of hours service on the same number for reporting emergency repairs so residents are able to speak to someone 24hours a day.

Customers can contact us by fax phone email or letter, we aim to reply within 24hours and to give a full response within 10 working days

Reception
There is a reception area in the office at Rumsey House where customers are greeted by staff who can deal with any problems from maintenance to anti social behaviour or tenancy issues, private interview rooms are available upon request. We have a range of leaflets signposting other services from Citizens Advice Bureau to Family Mosaic and staff are happy to explain how these would benefit our visitors. A hearing loop and magnifier are available for customer use, Rochford Housing literature can be requested in large format print, audio or translated upon request. We have disabled parking to the side of the building and easy access to our main entrance.

Here to help
Our staff have a ‘can do attitude’ and will take details of any complaints or matters you are unhappy with ensuring the appropriate officer has been informed so an investigation can be carried out, you will be kept informed at each step until a resolution is reached.

We are also keen to receive you comments when we’ve done a good job all feedback is welcomed.
