Goodwin Court has 52 self-contained flats. Each flat has its own front door, bedroom, lounge, kitchen and shower rooms with a level access shower, wash basin and WC.
All flats are supplied with an oven, hob, fridge freezer and washer drier, as well as fitted carpets. Tennants provide their own furniture.
Goodwin Court is suitable for you if you are:
- Over 60
- Need a minimum of four hours care and support as assessed by Adult care and Community Services
- Are disabled with assessed care needs and a lifestyle suited to living in a community with older people
- Are currently a resident in the area or able to demonstrate a very strong local connection.

Facilities
In addition to your own home you have access to centrally located communal lounge and dining areas, laundry rooms with washing machines and tumble dryers, a restaurant, fitness suite and a guest room that may be booked for visiting relatives and friends.
Staffing
Staff are on site 24 hours a day to provide care to support according to your needs.
Staffing levels meet all the requirements set by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
