Park Lodge was acquired in March 2004 and provides supported accommodation for adults of both sexes, between the ages of 18 and 65, who have severe and enduring mental health issues.

Located in Victoria Park, it is modern yet homely and contains 23 studio flats, each fully furnished with a bedroom/living room, kitchen and en-suite bathroom.

We at Park Lodge aim to provide you care in a homely environment as possible, which will reflect your rights of personal choice, privacy and dignity.

Facilities
All flats are fitted with a combination washer/dryer.  Residents are responsible for the care of their own laundry but will be supported by their keyworker where assistance is required.

Homerton hospital is within 10 mins walking distance and nearby there are various sports centres, swimming pools and other leisure facilities.

Residents can have their own telephone connected in their bedroom should they wish to, and there is a public coin operated telephone for use by residents for private calls.

Personal Care

On arrangement the services of a dentist, optician, ocupational therapist and chiropodist can be arranged by your keyworker for you to visit one of these practices in the community.

Activities
There are regular outings to places of interest such as the museum, theatre, cinema and seaside.

A planned programme of activities has been devised by residents with input from the staff.  These include, discussion groups, music appreciation, board games and bingo.  There is also a combination football/table tennis/pool table for residents' use.

There are 4 computers with internet access for residents' use.  This room is supervised at all times and a timetable for use is agreed with residents.

All homes employ a head chef and experienced catering and domestic staff.

Staffing levels meet all the requirements set by CSci.
