Hereward is working with other local authorities and housing associations within the Cambridge sub-region to introduce a Choice Based Lettings Scheme (CBL).

We plan to start this new scheme in January 2008. As part of the change to CBL, Hereward has written a new Lettings Policy in partnership with East Cambridgeshire District Council and we are currently consulting on this Policy. The consultation period is from 5 February to 11 May 2007.
