You can pay your rent in any of the following ways:
- Direct Debit/Standing Order
By a Bank or Building Society, please contact us on the number below for details.
You can make a payment by phoning 0844 557 8321 (automated service available 24 hours daily) or 0844 225 5729 to speak to someone (9am to 5:30pm weekdays only). You will need to know how much you want to pay, your bank card and your payment card to hand.
- Post Office or shops displaying PayPoint.
You will need your Payment Card and your payment - cash, cheque or bank card.
Made payable to your Landlord (as per your tenancy agreement), we have to return any cheques made out incorrectly. Send your cheque with pay reference number and address on reverse to your local office.
We cannot accept regular payment by this method, if possible please use one of the alternatives listed here.
We cannot be held liable for monies lost in transit, therefore we request that you do not send cash or bank cards through the post.
