Southgate House is a private retirement scheme built in 1987 offering leasehold flats and bungalows for people aged 60 and over. The freeholder is Sanctuary Housing Association and it is managed by Hereward Housing.
Situated on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, the scheme has 33 flats and bungalows with one or two bedrooms. Access to the first floor is via stairs and stair lifts. There are also communal gardens.
