New Build Homebuy

(Homebuy was formerly known as Shared Ownership)

Homebuy is a scheme for those who wish to get their foot on the property ladder but who may only be able to obtain a small mortgage. A suitable candidate would be invited to purchase a share of one of the selection of properties owned by Beth Johnson (usually 50%). On the remaining share owned by the Association, a monthly rent would be charged and sometimes a service charge. After 12 months you can buy more shares if you want to. In most cases you can increase up to 100% although for some properties in rural areas, staircasing may be restricted to 80%.

Bevan Lee, Cannock

Two, three and four bedroom houses. The first houses are now available (details overleaf) with further houses in summer 2008 and summer 2009.
