Every year Sanctuary Group carry out an extensive programme of improvement works to our properties. This programme is put together on a regional basis, using information gathered from the latest stock condition survey and the knowledge of the local staff, and includes items such as aids and adaptations, key component replacements (e.g kitchens, bathrooms, windows) and upgrades to sheltered accommodation.
During the 2008/9 financial year we carried out in excess of the following number of replacements across the UK, through the planned works programme:

Our Suppliers
Sanctuary Group has nationally negotiated deals for the supply of key components in our homes. These deals ensure that we can achieve best value and efficiency in our improvements programme. They also make certain that we have a consistency of supply across the country, which in turn assists us in the future, maintenance of your home.
Kitchens
Our preferred Kitchen supplier is Howdens Joinery Ltd and we specify their Greenwich range of units for all our kitchen refurbishments.
