Sanctuary is always looking to develop better links between the organisation and its customers. Our aim is to help ensure that the quality of the homes and services we provide meet the needs of existing and future customers.
We have developed a range of ways to involve our residents in the work of the Association both from a regional and national perspective. We recognise that some residents have more time than others to devote to working with us and we welcome their involvement in a variety of ways ranging from full membership of National Committees to occasionally commenting on documents which may be sent to them by post or email.

Our Resident Engagement Policy and regional strategies provide more information about the way we communicate with and involve our residents in the running of the Association. The Engagement policy also contains details about our support for community building initiatives.
Continuous improvement will only be achieved by working with and listening to the views of our residents and customers.
