Lisa Bek

Lisa joined Sanctuary in October 1993 as Area Manager for East Anglia based in Ipswich. She took over the additional responsibility of Essex and then moved to manage the Hertfordshire stock. She was responsible for all tenancy and estate management services to over 1,000 units at any one time, through large teams of estate and office based staff.

Lisa then became Service Manager for Maintenance for the South East region based in Hertford and was responsible for service delivery within a budget of over £1.3 million, including routine repairs, cyclical redecoration and minor capital works. She managed dispersed staff around the region.

In August 2005 Lisa became Acting Regional Director for the South East region, responsible for all service areas for over 4,500 properties including general rented, sheltered, supported and leasehold. She undertook effective control of the management accounts to ensure a continued contribution to the Group and Value For Money in all areas. She worked to achieve growth in stock and business through innovative projects.

Lisa has been Director of Sanctuary Management Services since April 2007.

Directly responsible for contract negotiations, budgetary management, service delivery and operational decisions for the SMS portfolios Alene has 22 years experience in the management of University, NHS Trust and Nursing Home accommodation and benefits us with her vast range of knowledge and experience including:

	Negotiation and communication.
	Contract procurement.
	Budgetary and financial control.
	Service delivery and customer satisfaction.
	Quality control.
	Corporate policy maker and auditor (ISO9002 Accredited) for National Care Home Operator with over 150 homes.

The Finance Manager            Minaz Kabani

Having worked for over 30 years in various Commercial Activities Minaz brings a wealth of financial expertise and is experienced in the following areas:
