We aim to give you the best service we can but, if something goes wrong, we want to know. Complaints give us valuable information about how we can improve our service.


If you do make a complaint, we won't treat you less favourably in the future.

Staff at your nearest regional office (for example, the customer services team)are usually the best people to contact if you have a complaint. Please talk tothem first - they can normally sort out problems quickly and efficiently.We aim to sort things out informally at first.
