How do I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent in a variety of ways:
- Direct Debit
- Standing Order
- Payment card at a Post Office
- Cheque/ postal order to the Association at any of their offices
- Visa/ Switch payment (to set this up, please phone your regional Income management team
- You can also pay direct using the Allpayments website – click here to pay your rent online
How do I contact customer services?
Through your regional office. To find the phone number, click on the regional map.
How do I get involved?
Why not join a residents committee? Contact your regional office and they will advise you how to go about it. There are also regular articles in our regional newsletter 'New Signal' about getting involved.
How do I apply for a transfer?
Sanctuary will consider applications from its tenants if they wish to transfer to another property in a different of the country. There are policies that apply, so if you are thinking about doing this, contact your regional office for help.
How do I report a problem?
Contact your local housing officer. Your nearest regional office will put you in touch.
How do I tackle anti-social behaviour?
Sanctuary takes anti-social behaviour very seriously and will take the necessary steps to protect its residents. This can include involving other agencies such as Environmental Health, Council ASB units, local Councillors, community groups and the police. For more information, read our policy summary.
Disputes with neighbours can range from minor disagreements through to serious harassment or even, in very extreme cases, violence. Try talking your neighbour to see if you can resolve the situation. They may not even be aware that they are causing you a problem. Failing that, contact your regional office for advice. If you are threatened with violence, please contact the police immediately as this is a criminal matter.
