Sanctuary Scotland is very pleased to let you know that the Reporter has upheld its appeal and he has granted Outline Planning Consent for the redevelopment of Anderston on the basis which was proposed by Sanctuary Scotland. The Reporter noted that the proposed redevelopment was supported by a large majority of Anderston residents.

We will now carry on with the work of preparing the detailed proposals for Phase 1 of the redevelopment. Meetings on the layout, finishes and specification for the new homes in Phase 1 have already taken place with MAST architects and the Regeneration Sub Group of ASTRA. Further meetings will take place to finalise the proposals.
