Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association operates a Banding System and properties are allocated to applicants in housing need from a range of Lettings Bands who have been registered the longest length of time on our waiting list for specific schemes and types of property.
We have a wide range of accommodation which includes General needs housing, supported and sheltered. We have properties located in the following areas:
General Needs
Ardler and Beechwood in Dundee.
Anderston, Muirshiel, Pollok, Priesthill and Rosshall in Glasgow, Ferry Gait Crescent Edinburgh, Linwood and Paisley Renfrewshire.
N.B. We are currently carrying out a major redevelopment programme in the Anderston Estate and lettings have been suspended until all works have been completed.
