Sanctuary Scotland is committed to providing high quality services to all our residents. Our Customer Care Principles, Customer Charter and Tenants Handbook outline the service standards that residents can expect to receive from us.

We are committed to ensuring that all our residents are able to access leaflets and other literature in a format that meets their individual needs.

Full policy documents can be provided upon request. Please ask a member of staff about this service or speak to a member of the Group Policy Team on 01905 338600.

Our literature can be translated into other languages, large print and Braille, or recorded on to CD/tape. Please contact your local office for further details of this service.
