• Tenant Participation Advisory Service Accreditation
• Energy Efficiency Accreditation Scheme quality standard
• 'Homes Set for Digital' accreditation

Also, Sanctuary Shaftesbury's Western Foyer has been awarded the Foyer Federation's Accreditation Scheme quality mark.
