Caretaker services

In some of our schemes we provide dedicated caretaker services, for others there are mobile caretaker services.

Caretaking duties include carrying out small repairs, dealing with repairs in shared areas and responding to residents’ problems.

Some caretakers also monitor the work of gardening and cleaning contractors, while others carry these out themselves where necessary.

We will tell you how often we will provide the services; the standards we expect are set out in your local service standards. If you are not satisfied with a contractor’s work please contact your caretaker or contractor service.

The services we provide will be paid for out of your service charge, and you will see what is included on your tenancy agreement.
