Our Customer Service Centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays for both emergency repairs and housing enquiries.
Important information: We are aware that people sometimes contact residents without their consent by means of cold calling.
While this is sadly not within our control we can assure you that we take data protection extremely seriously and would not disclose any information under any circumstances without your permission.
The only information we would ask you for when contacting you would be your names, address, DOB and telephone number. In some cases, we may also ask for your National Insurance number.
We would never ask for bank account details, passwords or other such sensitive information, nor would we ask you to pay a courier in cash or request remote access to your computer/mobile/tablet.

The 0800 numbers shown above are free. Calls to 0300 numbers are charged at the normal national rate (the same as 01 and 02 numbers) by all providers, including mobile. Callers to 03 numbers could benefit from their own inclusive minutes' package with their landline/mobile provider.
