Children in Banbury are benefiting from essential play materials to help keep them entertained during the coronavirus outbreak.

Sanctuary Housing has provided funding to the Sunshine Centre, a children’s and early years provider in the town, to collate and distribute packs for local children containing items such as crayons and colouring books.

Charlie Heritage, Sanctuary’s Neighbourhoods Partnership Manager in Cherwell, said: “Facilities like the Sunshine Centre are extremely important and we’re delighted to help them support our local children and families during this time.”
