Just one unit remains available at Blacon’s thriving Enterprise Centre for local businesses.

Chester-based legal firm PDA Law Solicitors are the latest to move in and take advantage of the new high tech accommodation after expanding their offices on Saughall Road.

The Enterprise Centre, managed by Avenue Services and co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, boasts meeting rooms equipped with video conferencing facilities, through to hot-desking and virtual offices, while businesses can also share telephone, network and reception support to keep costs low.

There are flexible rental terms, which can be tailored to suit the needs of individual businesses, and specialists from Avenue Services offer a free advisory service to businesses.

Facilities are also available from Avenue Services for the wider Blacon community

For the wider community, there is a large room for groups to hire for events and a library.
