More than 18,500 Keep In Touch (KIT) calls have been made by our staff to residents across England and Scotland.
The KIT calls enable us to check on a person’s wellbeing as well as offer them a friendly voice to talk to.
These have been taking place throughout lockdown, and since, and have been gratefully received.
Food parcels have also been delivered to vulnerable residents across the country as well as to charities to distribute locally.
Among the positive feedback have been comments from residents expressing their thanks to our staff for bringing them parcels, with one couple from Kent saying we were the only organisation to answer their call for support.
Another resident in Canterbury was moved to tears after receiving a parcel from his housing officer.
