Features of homes at Trinity Gardens

Each apartment has a modern, high specification open plan kitchen and walk-in shower. Other features include a secure door entry system, light and airy communal lounges and off street parking.

Tim said: “I’m delighted to have moved into Trinity Gardens, which is a warm and comfortable home for my wife and me. I’m very happy with the service we’ve had from Sanctuary and would encourage anyone who is interested, to get in touch with them.”

Will Castledine, Sanctuary Housing lettings manager, added: “We’re thrilled to have welcomed Tim and Rowena into Trinity Gardens and wish them well for the future. These brand new homes are an excellent opportunity for local people to secure affordable accommodation in a popular area of Chester. If anyone wants to come and have a look around the homes they are more than welcome and there is even still time to move in before Christmas.”
