Have you heard about our LoveSport programme? Until March 2019 we’ll be delivering a whole host of sporting opportunities to our neighbourhoods around the country.
In conjunction with Sport England, we’re encouraging residents living in Shiregreen (Sheffield), Torbay, Blacon (Chester) and Cherwell to get active and live a healthy lifestyle through regular sport sessions and fitness classes, including yoga, football, pilates, HIIT, swimming, boxercise and much more.
Here are five reasons to take part in our LoveSport programme:
1. Become fit and healthy
Sport is a great energy booster for all the family. Kids love to have fun and it’s a great way for you and your family to stay healthy and live an active lifestyle.
Taking part in regular exercise can also reduce health problems and help with anxiety and depression too.
2. All ability levels welcome
If you haven’t taken part in a sport or fitness activity before, and feel a little unsure about joining in, don’t worry. All of our sporting sessions are available to everyone regardless of age and ability.
You don’t have to be sporty to take part, you may just want some time to unwind and relax with our yoga and pilates classes.

If you’re stuck in the same old exercise routine, it might be time to try something new. You never really know what you’re getting yourself into unless you try.
Our teachers and coaches are very friendly and approachable, so if you have any questions about getting started don’t hesitate to ask them.
5. Meet new people
Taking part in a sport or weekly activity is a great way to meet new people, socialise and find common interests. Knowing that you all live in the same neighbourhood is even better, and we have already seen some great friendships forming with some of our resident families.
