Important repairs information

We will unfortunately be unable to update residents on existing repairs between 9am and 5pm on Saturday 20 February.

This is due to essential maintenance of our computer systems, which means we won’t have access to individual accounts during this time.

While this is unavoidable, we appreciate it is not an ideal situation and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Should you have an emergency repair, you can still call us on 0800 131 3348 (landline) or 0300 123 3511 (mobile) and we will answer your call as soon as possible.

You can still book non-emergency repairs online but if you are not able to do this, please call us and one of our team will do this for you.

Our normal service will continue immediately once this work on our systems has been completed.
