Marc

Marc of the RSP

Marc has lived in his 3-bedroom Sanctuary home in Worthing for 17 years.

“I own my own computer business but also work for the Ambulance Service as an infrastructure engineer and am proud of being able to work for myself. I’ve been interested in IT since I left school, working in a variety of roles. Previously I worked as a coach driver for many bands, including Macklemore. I also ran an events company for several years before Covid-19 made the business unviable.

“I like to contribute to society and volunteer at our local Scout organisation. My wife is their bookkeeper and I help with her accounting tasks and administration. I am also highly family orientated and enjoy watching television.

“I wanted to get involved with the Sanctuary panel because I like to make a difference in other people’s lives. Whether that’s the knowledge that when an ambulance is dispatched, it’s using a computer system I installed and maintained (which makes me immensely proud), or helping contribute to making the housing situation of other residents better.

“Using my leadership and problem-solving skills and analytical approach, I hope to improve the lives of residents and help Sanctuary become a better company.”
