If you, or someone you know, needs some help due to self-isolating, the NHS Volunteer Responders want to hear from you.

Whether it’s collecting shopping or prescriptions, or simply having someone to talk to, volunteers are on hand to provide support.

Help is available if you have a medical condition which makes you vulnerable to COVID-19, especially if you are over 70. You also qualify if you are pregnant or have a disability.

For more information or to apply for assistance, call 0808 196 3646 or visit the NHS Volunteer Responders website.

Advice on COVID-19 (coronavirus)

The health and safety of our residents, their families and our staff is our number one priority.

In response to Government guidelines following the COVID-19 outbreak, we reviewed the services we provide to our customers and made some changes. More information about our response can be found on our dedicated webpage. We hope you understand why we have had to make these decisions.

We will continue to monitor the situation daily and keep you updated of any changes via this website and our social media channels.
