Sanctuary Group is proud to be supporting a new campaign highlighting the importance of social housing in the nation’s recovery from the coronavirus pandemic.
The National Housing Federation (NHF) is today launching a drive called #HomesAtTheHeart aimed at showing how housing can be the long-term solution to the current crisis.
The NHF is describing its campaign as an opportunity for a “once-in-a-generation investment in social housing”.
It focuses on how the coronavirus pandemic has demonstrated how good homes and strong communities, as well as care and support measures, can help society move forward.
Sanctuary Group Chief Executive Craig Moule said: “Sanctuary is delighted to support the NHF’s #HomesAtTheHeart campaign. Having somewhere safe to call home has never been more important and we are determined to play our part in delivering those homes for the people who need them.”
The NHF is working in partnership with a host of organisations to deliver #HomesAtTheHeart including the Chartered Institute of Housing, National Federation of ALMOs, Association of Retained Council Housing, and Crisis.
